Items that are in stock can be delivered in 3-5 days.
The delivery time of items that are available to order can differ per item.
UK Delivery £4.50
European Delivery £8.50
Worldwide Delivery depends on item ordered.
Please note that delivery outside of the EU may be subject to local import taxes. Payment of such taxes is the responsibility of the customer.
Returns must be received within 15 days of purchase for UK customers and 30 days of purchase for international customers.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

Any item not in its original condition, that is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error will not be refunded or replaced. Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery will also not be refunded or replaced.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
To return your product, you should send it by recorded delivery to
Ecofetes, 15 Albert Mews, London, GB, W8 5RU.
You will be responsible for paying for your own delivery costs for returning your item. Delivery costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
